In your fully-quipped high-tech kitchen you’ll enjoy preparing meals and drinks for your guests and especially enjoy the smart refrigerator, fast-heating induction stovetop, and quartz counters. Help yourself to the Keurig. Also, feel free to use other items in the refrigerator and cabinets, including salt/pepper, cooking oil, ketchup, butter, and other condiments.
Bathrooms: shampoo, & body wash, toilet paper, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and a hairdryer all included for your stay.
This unit includes a laundry room for your personal use.

The common area on the property includes amazing amenities! Enjoy BBQ grills, a large pool, hot tub, and baby pool. Grills and pools are seasonal. Hot tub is open year-round.

No pets. Head of booking must be 21 or older. Max occupancy is 6. All guest agrees to comply with all rules and regulations stated in the rental agreement

Guest receives 65% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival: No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
