Can I check in early

We always try to accommodate early check-in, if we don’t have a guest checking out the same day we can accommodate, but if we have a guest checking out the same day our cleaner won’t have enough time to get the Condo ready for you

Where do I park

Each condo is allowed 1 car in front of the condo and any additional car need to be parked in the overflow parking lot at the entrance.

 

Are there BBQ grills available for use

There are communal gas grills in the picnic area available for use, no private grills are allowed.

Where is the fire pit

Each condo has an electric fireplace, the community has a communal firepit located in the picnic area and is opened on the weekends

 

When is the pool and hot tub open?

Pools are closed for the season. The Hot Tub is open Monday – Thursday 4 PM-9 PM, Friday – Sunday 4 PM-10 PM

 

I don’t have a car and I don’t want to walk. Is there public transportation to the ski resort?

There is a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes from Condos at the Creek to the Mountain Creek resort ski slopes.

How far is it to the ski slopes?

It’s only a short three-minute drive or a ten-minute walk from your Condos at the Creek lodgings to the Mountain Creek Ski Resort lift ticket desk.

What’s the check-in process?

After your booking is confirmed and the rental agreement is signed, you will receive an email within 24 hours with details. If you don’t see it, our email may have been mistakenly flagged as spam by your email client. Please check your “junk mail” filter or “spam” folder. If you booked with Airbnb you will be receiving instructions through the Airbnb messenger.
